Those who believe themselves to be good looking and do a lot of grooming also have more sex partners. They are also likely to not use birth control in terms of a condom. Thus their chances of contacting a deadly disease increase. The scenario runs something like this, more partners, less likely to use condoms, more deadly disease, more deaths. Good looks kill.
