If you are stranded in traffic in Cleveland, it is the pilot city to trying moving advertisements. Thus, the billboard is full of moving messages that catch your eye and really put the billboard business as a tough competitor to television.

Revenues are good and the advertisement is making big dollars with the TV electronic billboard. Auto accidents have not directly or dramatically increased.
