YOU CAN’T SAY ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT ON THE INTERNET BLOG

GOLDSBOROUGH (2005) COMMUNITY COLLEGE WEEK, 8/1/17.

Here are some problems that may occur if you say something controversial on the internet. They are:
1. You can only make short quotes.
2. You can not say in my opinion and expect to not be sued if you libel.
3. You can say the truth, but can you defend it in court in a venue that requires you to stay at a motel or hotel for days or a month?
4. You can not talk about someone who is easy to define and yet you don’t use their name and you libel them.
5. You can not make up something and expect another party not to sue you.
6. You can be sued for saying something about your boss however truthful but nasty about them.
