Following South Dakota and Minnesota, Wisconsin wants to kill feral
cats. They are household cats that were born and grew up in the wild.
Wisconsin has 2 million of them. They kill millions of song birds.

One can also kill in the city streets any cat that is not under direct
control or has a collar. The Humane society opposes the law.
