WHO REALLY GETS AHEAD AND GETS TO THE TOP?

KLUGGER/2005/ TIME/11/14/ 49-59

Those who get way to the top often have dreams after a very young age. They are listless and appear eager to climb. Males have open ended visions, females deal with striving and birthing if they choose to do that.

Physical appearance helps. They come from households that encourage it. They are likely to do well in school but are not excellent. They stay on tasks as long as necessary. They are lucky. Once toward the top, they have productive property that helps keep them rich.

They are impatient with delays and rivals. From genetic studies, there appear to have from a third to one-half contribution. They usually have a great deal of intelligence and social skills. They rarely rest.

They are likely to come from the anxious middle class. They have some money, but know how easy it is to fall. Often they treat others instrumentally, but can convey their social skills as if it is expressive and authentic.

They are risk takers. Have mentors that help them. They divorce when necessary.
