Science can now document that creatures of all kinds have body rhythms. This also applies to humans. Thus, it is crucial to know your rhythms and when to take medications.

In other words, in a 24 hour period some meds are worthless at one part of the day and extremely crucial at another part of the day.

Experiment if you have to, but some times are incredibly better than others.
