There is poison among us. They carry bombs on themselves or in themselves and they blow up and kill the rest of us.
So who is the poison? Islamic extremists are young males and they should be the key target.

Mediterranean looking young males could be African Christians or MidEast Jews, but the young males of Islam appearance must be stopped.

All others including older Muslims and related are not to be stopped as they are unlikely to kill.

It may be racial profiling of another sort, but we need it so that death is cut down and taxes do not rise.
