product. WIKIIPEDIA is mainly created by volunteers. They have the prestige of writing a page in an electronic encyclopedia. It is all part of the gift economy that is a small part of capitalism

or some form of another economy. It is not utopian. Capitalist can use volunteers as long as they do not feel like suckers.Many are in search of fame or small amounts of money later. Some do it to fill time. Many want to find something that gives them meaning rather than money.

That is the Roman Catholic church is going through terrible times with priest who have violated their vows and molested children.Now there a news reports that Priests are stealing money from the weekly donations that are in cash. This is devastating because it can violate folks feeling about giving anything to the church. Further, there is less transparency in the church than in some other voluntary organizations.

No one will intervene in Darfur. China needs Sudan's oil. Everyone else does not want to

get involved in Darfur because they see what happened to the USA in Iraq. This is
