Walmart has the blues. Earnings are flat. Expansion is now costly as they move toward the Middle Atlantic and New England where opposition is fierce. Competitors are catching up. Target is the place to go for more low priced up scale clothes and related. Shoppers go to Walmart to get basics like toothpaste because the prices are so low. However, items with more profit means going to Target

The low end consumer is going to Walmart and Goodwill because they are in worse shaped given the economic distribution .Gasoline prices are helping much either, driving low end consumers to

second hand stores.Wal mart was able to bankrupt many small stores, but now as Walmart dominates they may compete with themselves as in some districts against another Walmrt.

Another problem is that there are some hard discounters who can compete with Walmart and are more handy .Foreign countries have mixed feelings about the store. Some welcome it and others hate it. On the whole, Walmart is still a profitable company. It is just moving much slower up the profit ladder.

College campus are way more safe  than the national average in numerous crime stats. However, look for more colleges to arm and train their security. Although the college campus is relatively safe some colleges do try to hide their stats as they are bad for business. Numerous agencies are trying to pressure colleges and universities to be more transparent about crimes against students.

24 hours a day.Justin is a LIFECASTER and he will be getting competition as others are starting up. By the way, what rights do you have if you get in Justin's camera. The law says that you should be blanked out. Justin doesn't do that. Stay tuned.

Cose (50) Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is still bitter about his confirmation. He is most angry about upscale light tan Blacks who dismiss him. Those folks look down on him when he was growing up.

Thomas likes to relax by driving around the country in disguises and anonymously to see the real world. He lives reclusively in Washington DC.
