The following top ten presidents were taken from C-SPANS Historian’s survey of the U.S. Presidents by the following dimensions. PUBLIC PERSUASION/ MORAL AUTHORITY/ REALTIONS WITH CONGRESS/ CRISIS LEADERSHIP/ ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT/ INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS/ ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS/ VISION SETTING AGENDA/ PURSUED EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL/ PERFORMANCE WITHIN CONTEXT OF TIMES.
The survey was done in 2004. It did not rank President George W. Bush.

If you will look at the above list, 5 out of the 10 have been presidents since World War II. They are Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy, Eisenhower, and Johnson. The others who have served since 1941 are ranked as the following: Reagen-11/ George H.W. Bush-20/ Clinton-21/ Carter- 22/Ford- 23/ Nixon-25.
