It's Boise Idaho and nudity laws are fairly strict. A local strip club has gotten around the rules by having each patron use a pencil and pad of paper when they watch the dancer and drink over priced cocktails. Thus, this constitutes the club as an art forum or related and nudity is law. This applies to both female and male strippers who have been transformed into art models.

It seems gracious on the part of the club to make such a sacrifice to the arts and humanities.
