Years ago, little towns made a covenant with each other, that there town would not have Blacks, Catholics or Jews in their towns. From 1890 to 1930, a REDEEMERS group emerged that stated that the above groups would not live in their towns. In the early days, killing and intimidation were the favored strategies. However, as time went on, the outsiders learned that more subtle strategies were more worthwhile and hard to police.

Importantly, it was necessary for Blacks to live out of the town, but be able to drive into the town to do some of the least desirable jobs for low wages. However, the understanding was that after SUNDOWN, all Blacks were to be out of town. The Catholics and Jews were not able to get work in the town nor could they construct houses of worship.

The majority of SUNDOWN TOWNS are IN THE NORTH. There are roughly 3,000 towns and they exist today. Outsiders and folks from other towns nearby know where they are and who lives in them. After years and years of civil strife in the USA, it is likely that these towns will continue on and be left alone.

SUNDOWN towns are a metaphor for the USA and some other western countries. Yes, there are Black people of Christian or Islamic backgrounds that live in cities, but they live in de facto segregated areas. Many upper middle class Blacks look for a good safe neighborhood that is predominantly Black. There really are some desegregated neighborhoods where there are at least a few Black families. However, if more than 2 to 5% of the neighborhood becomes Black, there is a flight by other white neighbors.

Those most acceptable in a white neighborhood are Black professionals who have light complexions. White Africans (those with Black heritage and white skins) are tolerated...

GAYS ARE LEAVING THE GHETTOS

Rodriquez/18/ Gays are moving into upscale neighborhoods. They make good neighbors and are likely to make vast improvements in their homes. In Blue Collar areas, they encourage gentrification. In big city life, you don’t have to like or even know your neighbors, but if the neighborhoods are maintained, most won’t say much. If the behavior is not noisy, then that makes them acceptable too.

23/ it appears in study after study that Jews are the smartest group in the USA and other Western countries. Even BELL CURVE Charles Murray maintains that Jews are the smartest and they continually outdistance Christians in this country. It appears that those who are less smart out-migrate from their  religion and their fellow kin. It is not all genes. Culturally, there is a very strong emphasis on learning and competing. Having been isolated from other groups, smart marry smart.

The social and psychological explanations are that the individual’s sexual development was stunted by trauma as a child. This means that whatever stopped them from growing or socialized to the sexual activity are very hard to change. They don’t change. In some cultures, child brides are pedophilia that has been socially acceptable. / About 40% of cancers are correlated with eating too much. /There is a new study where straight male worms are turned gay by changing a single gene/ Commuting in rush traffic is hard on your health. Not only is it stressful, but one continues to inhale numerous toxic airs. That applies even when the windows and vents are closed.

There is a new controversy about the 3 million transgender people. Should they get a sex change at an early age? More parishioners are saying; give the child hormone blockers so that the child can grow older without all of the sex secondary characteristics. Then they can choose. In other words, is the child happy with one or the other or both? There are some who are males on the outside, but inside they are females who are attracted to females. Thus, they are Lesbians, or bisexuals. Nature and nurture can play unusual games.

64/ KLUGGER/ More and more buildings in big cities are growing grass, trees, and bushes on their roofs. It is pretty, cuts heat loss and less air condition is used.

The internet television will bring the very best to the very worst of cable to the internet. FURTHER, that means that other programs from other countries will come here. And I can see the Canadian news again.

TMZ is the premier dirt digger and they have made it a fine art in print and cable. They know the worst about the famous stars. The public must live through these artists or whatever, because the traffic is very heavy.
