ROBOPET

TERRELL (2005) U.S.NEWS & WORLD REPORT, 9/12, D-8

For about $100, you can buy a robopet that can do tricks and not urinate on the carpet. You don’t need to feed them. They can roll over, play dead, sit in your lap and do other imaginations of a dog. However, you can also turn it off and go to sleep. Or, you can have the dog sleep with you, but it saves the battery if you turn it off before you sleep.
