After the 2006 election, did your candidates win or lose? Was the election fixed. New voting machines are being sold everywhere in the USA and they can be manipulated. This is the most serious documented fraud ever recorded says NEWSWEEK. A hacker within a few minutes can fix a machine to go dead on election day, throw a vote to the candidate that you did not vote for and other surprises. The folks who know more about this want a paper receipt indicating who you voted for that will also protect your privacy. You need audit trails. THE FIRST THING THAT YOU SHOULD NOTE WHEN YOU VOTE IS DO I HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER TO PROVE THAT I VOTED? TO THE AUTHORITIES HAVE A PAPER DOCUMENT THAT CAN DEAL WITH VOTING?

It has been 6 years since the voting chad was prominent all those long days since the Bush-Gore election. At the moment, this can happen again.

"Signing" is a legal memorandum that indicates how the president interprets law that comes from congress. It has been rarely used in the past but is now frequently used by this administration.

As an example, Congress passes a bill that intends to cut pollution by 50% in 2020 in the United States. That bill is then sent to the president who can interpret that to mean that this will occur after his administration or that it will apply in only selected instances. Further, there is enabling legislation that is needed to fund the project. Only a few dollars are allocated so that the bill looks good, but does very little.
