Outside Art is now getting some big money. What is it? It is art done by novices. The less that you know about art, the better off you are. Outside art is meant to be primitive.

This means that people without art degrees or training have a place in the market. Do you like to draw? Get just a few utensils and teach yourself. Look at some acid art sometime.
