You can buy them on the internet. They are signal changers that make a
wonderful driving pleasure for one person who has the changers. With a
click, red lights become green lights and the entire traffic stops for some
one who has the technology. This person sails through traffic and reduces
delays.

Unfortunately it is a hassle for everyone else. However, they are not
against the law.

Well times have changed. The state legislature outlawed them.
