It means that she does not feel pain, although her other
Senses are fine and she can get cravings for food. What a lucky person. Right? Not exactly.

If she eats a steaming hot bowl of soup that could damage her mouth and throat, she feels no pain. There are numerous other accounts where she could burn her hand severely and she is just fine.
