A new transformation is happening in the family. There are now more MR. MOMS. About 20 % of married men are stay at home dads. However, the majority of males are more active in the household as mom and the kids both go to work or school.

Additionally, males don’t mind reporting to women at work, feel comfortable that the wife makes more than they do, and are comfortable speaking candidly with their wife.

Another transformation is occurring in the workplace. With the onset of outsourcing, downsizing and automation, a career in an organization is less or no longer viable.
So, both mom and dad will spend months if not years unemployed, and as years continue, become less attractive to corporations.

So for dads, kids count as does the wife. Two working spouses in the future will be a real prize. Making really good money followed by low income years may become the norm.
