Latins of all kinds now have a powerful force to elect the next president. The Latin vote has generally moved from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party. Ten states hold a plurality of presidential electors. However, Latinos represent the tie breaker in numerous other states. So, there power is immense and how the two parties respond to this force is telling for the future.
