IS ORAL SEX ILLEGAL FOR TEENAGERS?

It is no longer illegal. A 1949 law would have mandated both partners to have to sign up as sex offenders for the rest of their life. A new study of a very large sample by National Center for Health statistics indicate that 50% of 15 to 19 year olds do oral sex. One partner  gives oral sex to the other or they reverse the situation. Some give oral sex to each other. However, they do not consider what they did as sex. That is the Clinton definition too. On the other hand, even though it is not sex, they can sure get lots of diseases that may stay with them for life.
