I AM MY OWN TWIN HEALTH CHANNEL (2005) 8/8 9 CDT
Another lady faces the same problem. After much research, both women
are chimeras. That means that they are twins in one body. During early
conception, the two embryos fuse to become one. When the mother gives
birth, generally the children do not share the DNA of the mom but have
the same DNA of her father and her brother. CONFUSED? Historically, there have only been 40 chimeras reported. However, two women have surfaced in the last two years to get the DNA of the hidden twin, it has been best to get a pap smear. What does this do to DNA cases in courts? Are there really more chimeras
out there? Hopefully it is rarity, but follow up lab work can now be done, because
analysts know where to look if there is a DNA dispute.
