HYBRID CARS

There are now 6 hybrids to choose from. All but one is made by Toyota or Honda. They cost about $3,000 more to purchase. However it appears that gasoline MAY remain high because China and India are becoming major consumers. Further, the Bush energy legislation will not take effect any time soon and it does not mandate that American cars be more energy efficient. Thus, you may find the hybrid very cost effective.
