If you want to get audited and have many a sleepless nights. Please do the following:

1. Don't send in a return.

2.Claim excessive itemized deductions that are above average without explain why. An example, most people who give to charities and related and make between 50k and 100k give about $2,500

dollars.

3. Underreport your income. IRS has new software to catch this.

4. Screw up and not have proof of other itemized deductions.
