Girl violence has increased. Educators call it the KILL BILL culture. Young women savagely beating another girl. Schools now call the ambulance service. Boys report that 40% had a fight in the last year for girls it is 25%.For boys after the fight, things and issues are over. For girls, it continues.

Numerous strategies are being tried now to get women from be aggressive to being assertive. In the past, minority girls fought and white girls  did not. Now the color line has been crossed. White girls fight in schools and in the movies.
