Gangs now have web sites to show case their lifestyle, battles, and territory. It is called Net banging and sites are exploding. Many just use My space or other alternatives. They can also compare notes and pick fights.

However for the gangs, there is a downside. It helps the police. They can follow the sites and follow the gangs. The internet in this instance seems to help law enforcement.
