French men want to be pregnant and carry a baby to term. How about that? They want to have the time off to take care of themselves to get ready for the delivery and take care of the child after it is born.

In France, a maternity leave is 1 year. I have yet to see any poll on this, but I believe a large majority of women of any culture would be happy to trade places. Kids might be nice, but pregnancy is not.
