Komodo Island is located in Indonesia. There is a national park filled with a special lizard that grow to be 10 feet long. Before the great recession, the park was literally crawling with tourists. Natives live on high stilt huts. Their goats lived just slightly lower, but are still protected. The lizards mainly come out to eat at night.

They like to consume pig and deer which are available and humans if they are so dumb. The lizards are everywhere so one must always carry a big stick.

Or perhaps, they can take another trip to a less dangerous place.

Norway has the highest benefits at 72% of pay from full time job to the USA at 28%.

Numerous commentators and economists have suggested to stave off a slump, have the U.S.A. government play the stock market. Jobs are saved.

There is no consistent force to reduce unemployment in either Keynesian or Classical economics. So the feds start buying stocks of companies that have done well, but are now tanking. The Fed buys and confidence returns. Then slowly the Feds start selling. Money goes toward debt.

This still has flaws, but this might work.
