Supposedly, the Democratic Party is at a loss for ideas. However they have announced a number of new issues, but they don’t get precedent from the media because they aren’t in power.

The ideas are there and they can drag them out before the election of 08.’ What is important is to get elected and that means good sound bites and attractive candidates. The ideas are for journalists and the intelligentsia. Later, those ideas will be tried and they may fail.
