The disease is that teens acquire the disease of killing mostly with guns. Killing becomes normal. The addiction was if ANY show of disrespect is given, death must occur. So, he first had community leaders to speak out against killing. Next there had to be multiple messengers. After that get ex-gang members to speak out and interrupt if possible. Outreach workers go to the hospital to see if an individual is alive and strongly encourage non-retaliation.The message continues in every way possible. Further, arrest are made and every effort is made to keep predators off the streets. The story is now making national news as well as being reviewed by federal officials.
