Bagnato, Kristin (2005) New exam tests students' IT abilities, COMMUNITY COLLEGE WEEK, 2/14, 12.

So many other talents are now assessed that a new one comes along that should be interesting. Rather than the traditional multiple choice, an individual is situated before a computer and given a 20 item test. It must be conducted on the computer. For many today, this is a first class walk in the park.

1. Do you have basic e-mail skills?
2. Can you do attachments?
3. Are you able to cut and paste?
4. Can you use a search engine?
5. Are you able to use search skills to get various answers?

If you can do the above (at least at the time of this writing) you have the BASIC SKILLS to work with a computer.

And now you know the rest of the story.
